Participated in "Shinjuku Creators Festa 2013", this project was presented as public art at "Alta Vision" on the crossroad in front of Alta building near East Exit of "Shinjuku station", which is known as the world's busiest transport hub. During the festival, this one minute visual piece was exhibited every one hour. While the place is normally filled with political and/or religious speeches, street performances, corporate promotional messages, etc. aiming at the people crossing the street, we took the risk of presenting at this place the project of the analog TV era with the taste of old-fashioned broadcast which generates noises and accidental RGB patterns. We call this project as a video art piece with an atmosphere of old-fashioned propaganda broadcast.

世界で最も乗降客数が多い駅である「新宿駅」の東口、アルタ前交差点のアルタビジョンでパブリックアートとして発表。 アートフェスティバル期間中に、１分間の映像作品を１時間ごとに放映。 普段、広告が流れているビジョンとその前の広場では、行き交う多くの人々に向けて政治的な演説や宗教的な演説、ストリートパフォーマンス、企業のPRなどが頻繁に行われる喧騒の場所です。 あえてその場所で、ノイズと偶発的に生み出されるRGBパターンのアナログＴＶ時代のブロードキャストテイストの作品を発表しました。 前時代的プロパガンダ放送のような雰囲気を持ったビデオアート作品です。
